Los Angeles, California (February 26, 2022) – Six people were hospitalized after being injured in a collision involving a school bus in Lancaster on Friday morning.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash happened near the intersection of 53rd Street West and Avenue J1 at around 7:30 a.m.
A school bus is reported to have collided with another vehicle near the intersection in unclear circumstances.

Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to the incident and transported six patients to the hospital for treatment.
It was unclear exactly how many children were on the bus at the time of the accident.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
