5 Injured in Bakersfield Car Accident at Panama Lane and Highway 43
Bakersfield, California (March 17, 2022) – Five people were hospitalized after being injured in a traffic collision in Bakersfield on Wednesday afternoon.
The accident happened in the area of Panama Lane and Highway 43 at around 2:22 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was yet to be established.
Officials say three people were hospitalized with moderate injuries.
Two people sustained minor injuries in the accident and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
