2 Killed in Big Rig Collision at 85th Street and Alameda Street in South Los Angeles
Los Angeles, California (July 28, 2021) – Two people were killed in a collision involving a big rig in the Florence-Firestone area of South Los Angeles on Monday night.
The deadly collision happened at 85th Street and Alameda Street at about 10 p.m. July 27, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A vehicle was traveling a road in the area when it slammed into a big rig. The impact of the collision partially wedged the car underneath the big rig.
2 Killed in Car Accident in Florence-Firestone Area of South LA
One person was killed in the crash.
Another person died at the hospital while undergoing treatment.
The identities of the victims were not immediately disclosed.
