1 Killed, 2 Injured after Driver Runs Stop Sign at Avenue 7 and Road 21 in Madera County
Madera, California (June 10, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a car crash that left two other people injured in Madera County on Thursday morning.
The 5 a.m. collision happened in the area of Avenue 7 and Road 21, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Dodge Caravan was traveling southbound on Road 21 when it crashed into a Volvo sedan that was westbound on Avenue 7. The officers believe the Volvo failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection.

The driver of the Dodge Caravan was killed in the accident.
A passenger in the Dodge was seriously injured in the crash and was flown to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno.
The driver of the Volvo was also transported to CRMC in unknown condition.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
