Lucerne Valley, California (June 5, 2021) – One person was killed in a Saturday morning car crash in Lucerne Valley, San Bernardino County.
The deadly collision occurred at about 7:54 a.m. on State Route 247 near Lake Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A four-door sedan is reported to have collided with a big rig in unclear circumstances.

The San Bernardino County Firefighters who responded to the incident pronounced the driver of the sedan dead at the scene.
The county coroner did not disclose the identity of the deceased pending the notification of the next of kin.
