1 Killed in Two-Vehicle Collision at Avalon Blvd and Martin Luther King Jr. St. in Carson, Los Angeles
Carson, California (June 2, 2021) – One person was killed in a fiery car crash at an intersection in Carson, Los Angeles, on Monday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened at about 7:30 p.m. May 31, at Avalon Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Street.
Two vehicles are reported to have collided at the intersection in unclear circumstances.

One vehicle burst into flames after the collision.
The driver of the vehicle that caught fire was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
The driver of the second vehicle was hospitalized with minor injuries.
