1 Killed in Kern County Car Accident at Highway 33 and Highway 46
Kern County, California (May 7, 2022) – One person was killed in a Saturday afternoon crash involving a fuel tanker and a U-Haul on Saturday afternoon.
The accident was reported at around 2:14 p.m. in the area of Highway 46 and Highway 33 near Blackwell’s Corner General Store.
A U-Haul towing a black Mazda and a fuel tanker were recovered at the scene of the accident. The events leading up to the accident, however, was not immediately established.
Officials say one person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
